Phyllis Rye Whiskey from Caledonia Spirits is full of rye character, each sip imbued with the seasons, soil and character of where it is made. Connecting agriculture and cocktail culture, Caledonia Spirits preserves the beautiful biodiversity of forest and farmland of their native Vermont. They are devoted to supporting local regenerative agriculture through unique, premium spirits.

The system is designed for flexibility for very limited runs. “Core products have a single label, “Series” editions have a secondary label to indicate special features like double-baked finish, port cask finish, or other notes.
