Inspiration Brochure

Inspiration is a neighborhood development with a small town feel and an admirable mission: to restore 245 acres of land to its native prairie condition and build homes that are sensitive to the environment on a small footprint. The brochure which is given to potential property owners tries to capture the essence of nature and homes living in harmony, side by side. The imagery is layered front and back on thin paper stocks, the back side comes through and relates to the front side. The historically styled homes in Inspiration have great attention to detail in both the skeleton of the home as well as the finishing touches. The brochure tries to communicate that in words and details. Our challenge was the balancing of nature and the selling of homes.
